Chip Your Canine!

Since most owners use dog tags on the collar, there is a sense of security that dog will be returned home. What most people don’t realize is that the best way to make sure a lost dog finds his way home is through a microchip!
Collars can get lost, dog tags can fall off, the only way to be sure that your dog has the proper contact information is to implant a microchip. Vets and shelters scan all lost dogs for a microchip, so it is your best chance of finding your lost dog.
If you have a chip, make sure the information on tag is current. Contact the manufacturer of the chip or ask your vet or shelter to help you identify the chip. If your information isn’t current, the chip loses some of its value.
To help owners get their dogs microchipped and have the current information, we will be hosting with Found Animals a low cost microchip clinic in our West Hollywood location on Sunday, July 11th from 10am to 5pm. Come join us and get your dog chipped!
